Tennis Court House – A collaboration by Retrouvius & Archio

 

Masterminded by Retrouvius and created in collaboration with Archio architects, this new build home resides in a once-neglected corner of a country garden in Oxfordshire.

An open-plan living space spans the first floor, with cabinetry fronted with reclaimed parquet and salvaged floorboards engineered to accommodate underfloor heating.

On the lower ground floor are three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious home office. In the main bedroom, the joinery is wrapped in suede, creating a tactile patchwork of colour and softening the acoustics.
